Welcome to the Anger Management course. Benjamin Franklin once said, “In this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” We would like to add a third item to his list: anger. Anger can be an incredibly damaging force, costing people their jobs, personal relationships, and even their lives when it gets out of hand. However, since everyone experiences anger, it is important to have constructive approaches to manage it effectively.
This course will help teach participants how to identify their anger triggers and what to do when they are angry.


About the course

In this course, students will be taught how to approach anger constructively and manage it effectively. Anger is a part of life that needs to be acknowledged and dealt with as it has the potential to cost people their jobs, personal relationships and even their lives. In this course, we teach students how to identify it and also how to deal with it on an individual basis.
